2. What this site is
This site exists to describe our company and the games we are making. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a contract, or advice you should rely on in making a decision.
Information about unreleased games describes what we currently intend to make. Scope, features, platforms and release timing can all change, and nothing here is a commitment that a title will be released at all.
3. Our games are licensed separately
These terms cover this website only. Games we publish are licensed to you under the terms of the store you obtain them from — the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another distributor — together with any terms presented inside the game itself.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the TwoSquaredEight name, the mark and wordmark, game titles, logos, artwork, text and design — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or use our branding or artwork commercially without our written permission. Press and media may use material we have published specifically for press use, with attribution. If in doubt, ask us.
